Ashleigh’s biggest desire is to create something that inspires others to pursue their dreams. With a background in design and screen-printing, Ashleigh is the creative workhorse for The Side Garage.

Co-owner + Problem Solver

An Iowa and West Des Moines native, Elena is the reason The Side Garage goes off without a hitch. Her problem solving and idea creating skills are unmatched.

Designer + DJ

Cyrus is as passionate about design as he is about rock climbing and the Kansas City Royals (which is a lot). A recent Iowa State alum, he assists Ashleigh and Elena where necessary and always brings his music recommendations with him.

Pre + Post Production Guru

Mikey joined our team to help keep the screens prepped and ready. He is on the board with Bras for the Cause and has a background in Marketing and big ideas.

HR Director

Thulee keeps everyone in line - especially UPS, FedEx and anyone that knocks on our door. When she's not assuming the position of work patrol, you can find her taking a nap or wrestling with Odie.

Printing Apprentice + Shop Manager

Lua joined our crew on November 3, 2021. She’s always eager to lend a hand - “big helper” as she likes to put it. We’re working on her folding skills but where she really excels is customer relations and dishing out smiles.
