F.A.Q.

Question: Is there a fee to participate in Meet the Makers?

Your first screen is free with Meet the Makers. Additional screens (up to 3 total additional screens) are available at a rate of $15/screen.

Question: Will attendees pay for shirts or is that something I cover the cost of?

Whatever works best for you! You have the option to gift shirts to attendees or you can charge attendees as an opportunity to be an extension of your brand or fundraise for a cause you want to support.

Question: Can I provide my own artwork?

Absolutely. If you have pre-made artwork that you want to use, we ask that you send that over to us with your inquiry so we can make sure it is something we are capable of producing. Printable files must be at least 300 dpi in .pdf or .eps file formats.

Any artwork provided to us that does not meet artwork requirements, will incur our standard $40/hr design fee to convert or re-create it in order for it to be print-ready. We will always give you an estimate before doing this work.

If you need artwork created, this is a service we offer at a rate of $40/hr. Once art is complete and payment is provided, you retain the rights to that artwork and may use it however you see fit.

Question: Can I print on shirts other than your TSG poly-cotton tees?

Yes — when printing on shirts other than our TSG tees any unprinted items will incur a 30% re-stock fee of the hard cost of the garment on all unprinted items.

Question: Can my design be more than one color?

At this time, we are only offering single-color designs for our live-printing events.
