Here is a quick rundown on our live-printing service as well as a form below to help us better understand your event needs.
We only print single-color designs on-site
We do not offer ink changes for designs
We can offer up to 4 total designs (or 4-colors of the same design)
We carry stock inventory for adult and youth unisex shirts
general Pricing
Set-up Fee: $150 - $225 (this varies on event size; includes 1 single-color screen; gets us on-site for up to 3 hours)
Additional Hours: $25/hr
Additional Screens/Designs: $15/additional screen (up to 3 additional screens for a total of 4)
Cost of shirts: Will vary based on the style and estimated attendance of your event
We require a minimum of 24 shirts to be purchased or printed at the event
Event Space
While we like to think we can bring our mobile print shop anywhere and everywhere, there are a few things we need to keep the party running smooth.
For our set-up it works best to have a 10'x20' area to give the experience some room to flow. We can adapt to most areas, however we would not be able to set up in a space smaller than 10'x15'.
Due to the size and weight of our equipment, we are unable to carry it up stairs. If your event is on a level other than the main level, please check to make sure there is ramp and elevator access to your event location.

Printables
Our stock Adult Shirts are a 50/50 Poly-Cotton Blend available in 5 different colors in sizes S - 3XL.
Our Youth shirts are a Triblend material available in 6 colors size Youth S - Youth XL.
If you have a specific style, brand or color you would like to use, we are more than happy to order those items in for your event. However, when ordering in specific items anything that goes unprinted will incur a 30% hard cost re-stock fee. You always have the option of having the TSG crew print up remaining items for you to use/sell at a later date.
When using our stock shirts you don't have to worry about coming up with a size breakdown or any leftover inventory. We take care of bringing a bulk of sizes and you only pay for what gets printed.
Artwork
If you plan to provide artwork, we require that be sent to us in a high resolution (300dpi) PDF, EPS or AI file no later than 7 days prior to your event.
If you need artwork created, we offer that service at a rate of $40/hr. Once payment is received for that artwork, you own the rights to it and may use it however you see fit for future use.
