Hand pressed with love
We pride ourselves in being a shop that focuses on quality. We believe in slowing down and engaging in every step of the process.
Whether it's a t-shirt for your family reunion, a piece of company swag or a new line of tees for your brand — everything is hand pressed with love and attention.
Shop Motto
You can do a lot with a little.
Our bread and butter is the timeless soft-style single-color printed tee — but don't fret, we can get down with multi-color designs too. We love the challenge of creating interesting tees with a minimal feel and classic vibe that stand the test of time.
Printed goods:
Small shops like ours allow for flexibility and creativity. We like to say we'll try printing on anything flat that will take to the inks we have in shop.
See below in the FAQ for a list of standard options.

Featured Work
01. Kinship Brewing Company
Style: Soft Hand
colors: two
Garment: Independent Trading Co. - French Terry Full-Zip Hooded Sweatshirt - PRM90HTZ
Imagine a place where you can bring your dog, park your bicycle, eat fresh food, view original artwork, enjoy live music and drink craft beers, all in one location. The brewery’s owner, Zach Dobeck, set a goal a little over 3 years ago to open not just a brewery but also a place for people to connect in the community.
And as if that wasn’t cool enough, every beer at Kinship has a story. Anyone that has followed along our journey, knows how much we dig a good story and a mission to build community.
We had the pleasure of working with Kinship’s Brand Director, Megan, to cook up these rad zip-up hoodies. What we loved most about this project is the color combos they selected to really bring out the mint color from their cans and supportive branding. We also love a good simple design that can stand the test of time.
02. Greenline Design Co.
Style: Soft Hand
colors: two
Garment: American APparel 50/50 | District Tri-blend
Green Line Design Company is a freelance graphic design company located in Des Moines, Iowa. Powered by Jacob Rempfer, Greenline Design Co. produces artwork focusing on travel, food, and leisure activities in the form of prints, t-shirts, stickers, postcards, and more.
What we love about Jacob’s designs are the clean lines, playful content and his keen sense for pairing print and and shirt colors.
03. DSM Ramen Club
Style: Underbase Cure
colors: two
Garment: Bella + Canvas Sponge Fleece Pullover
DSM Ramen Club is a pop up restaurant out of Kitchen Spaces located near Drake University. Their strength is found in the details. Their noodles and broth are made from scratch every week - as are their toppings and soft-boiled eggs. The crew at DSM Ramen Club truly understands the importance of making great things with their own two hands which is why we were so stoked they choose to print their gear with us.
For their kitchen crew sweatshirts we used a process called an “underbase cure” to put a layer of white ink below the whole print area. By doing this, we were able to get a nice bright red print to match their little ramen logo. It’s an extra step and cost - but it’s well worth it if you’re looking to get a bright print on a dark garment.

Custom Printing FAQ
I don't need a bunch of shirts, can you print up small amounts?
Short answer, yes. The screen print process is at it's most efficient when done for large quantities. Due to this, any order placed under our minimum order of 12 shirts (per design) will get a $25 screen fee (per screen needed) tacked onto your order.
How much does it cost?
There are multiple factors that makeup an orders total. Since each order is unique the best way to know is by contacting us for an accurate quote. Things that factor into printing costs would include:
Total number of shirts (per design)
Number of ink colors in the design
Number of print locations
The style/brand/blend of the item being printed on
Can you print on anything besides t-SHIRTS?
Yes! We have the ability to print:
T-shirts
Tank Tops
Sweatshirts
Tote Bags
Posters
Paper Prints
Coasters
Koozies
Blankets
Bandanas
If an item you're interested in getting printed isn't listed here, just shoot us a line and we'll let you know if we're up for the challenge.
I have an idea, but I don't have a design. Is this something you can help me with?
Absolutely. One of our favorite things about doing what we do is having the ability to help bring your ideas to life. If you need design services we offer this at a rate of $40/hour. Once we've completed the artwork for your project, and have received payment for that service, you own the rights to that artwork.
Can I submit my own artwork?
For sure! If you have pre-made artwork that you want to use, we ask that you send that over to us with your inquiry so we can make sure it is something we are capable of producing. Printable files must be at least 300 dpi in .pdf or .eps file formats.
Any artwork provided to us that does not meet artwork requirements, will incur our standard $40/hr design fee to convert or re-create it in order for it to be print-ready. We will always give you an estimate before doing this work.
Will I get a proof before you go to print?
You will be supplied a digital mock-up of your order prior to print. All art must be approved online. Changes to the artwork after approving the mockup could push back your ship date. We will not be responsible for errors, misspelling, or otherwise in approved digital mockups and artwork.
What style of print do you produce?
Good question. We use plastisol ink at our shop. In most cases this means that the print you receive is heavy and thick. That's not our jam. We shoot for a print that mimics the feel of water-based printing giving you a soft breathable shirt that you'll want to keep wearing time and time again.
How soon could I get an order completed?
Our standard turnaround time is 14-18 business days from the point we are provided with sizes to order blank tees. Rush orders are possible at an additional fee, but will also depend on our availability as well. That being said, if you're caught in a bind, we're more than happy to help recommend you to other local printers who might be able to get to your order quicker than we can.
Do you require a deposit before printing?
Yes, for any orders over 200 pieces, we require a 40% deposit of the estimated total cost of your order.
How do I go about payment for my order?
You don't owe anything until you've seen and approved of a digital mockup. If your order is over 200 pieces, there will be a 40% deposit required prior to printing. Otherwise payment is due in full upon completion of the project.
If I don’t like my shirts, can I return them?
If your order doesn't match the digital mockup you approved, we will work with you to make it right whether that be a credit or a reprint. Obviously, that's something neither of us wants and we work very hard to ensure you get exactly what you're expecting.
What is the 3% under allowance policy and how does it affect the final invoice quantity?
Our 3% under policy is to insure the right amount of shirts will be printed. As screen printing is an art and not an exact science, oftentimes there are small errors on press, from the shirt vendor or random acts of God, However, we will always refund your card if we do not meet the required amount up to 3% under the quantity Order. If the damaged amount is greater than 3% we will reprint the goods.
